Now Hiring Inside Sales Representative $55k - $62k (hourly + commission). Comprehensive Benefits Package. Potential to make over $100k+ by year 3.

We’re a fast-growing distributor of lubricants, fuels, and industrial products—and we’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is a hunter, loves building relationships, solving customer problems, and closing deals. You’ll join a tight-knit team that values collaboration, promotes from within, and gives you the tools to succeed. If you’ve got energy, a great phone presence, and experience in B2B or industrial sales, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle incoming calls and emails from existing customers with professionalism and urgency.
• Proactively reach out to potential leads to grow your book of business.
• Recommend fuel and lubricant solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate delivery details.
• Work closely with the outside sales team, logistics, and operations to ensure smooth service.
• Keep your CRM updated with notes, follow-ups, and opportunities.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales or customer service (B2B preferred).
• Industry background in lubricants, fuel, automotive, industrial supplies, freight, or heavy equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to stay organized and juggle multiple accounts or tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• A self-starter attitude with a team-first mindset.
