Education & Experience:
Ø Previous hotel experience preferred.

Required Competencies:
Ø Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
Ø Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Responsibilities may include any and all of the following:
Ø Assure that all restrooms are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
Ø Follow safety procedures.
Ø Perform all reasonable duties as instructed by supervisor/manager.
Ø Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for all guest in the Recreation area.
Ø Responsible for carrying out the proper policies and procedures in regards to safety and cleanliness.
Ø Maintain a neat, clean professional appearance.
Ø Maintain a safe and clean environment at resort pool area including folding towels, minor housekeeping of area, and supervision of water slides.
Ø Able to work with children in a positive manner in order to create a positive and fun experience for all guests.
Ø Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
