Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Full-Time | Remote

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping creators and entrepreneurs succeed by connecting them with the tools and resources they need to build and scale their digital businesses.

As part of our sales team, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing them to our solutions and helping them understand how we can support their growth. What You'll Do

Drive growth through high-volume, fast-paced outbound sales efforts.
Prospect and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct 100+ outbound activities per day, including cold calls and emails.
Engage with potential customers through discovery calls to understand their needs.
Qualify and pass 80+ leads per month to the sales team.
Use CRM tools to track progress and manage your pipeline effectively.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring prospects feel valued and supported.

What We're Looking For

Entry-level candidates are welcome! (1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is a plus.)
A driven, self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
A natural communicator with great people skills and confidence in outreach.
Ability to adapt, learn, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing, and sales tech is a bonus.
Experience in SaaS or eCommerce sales is a huge plus!
