Job Description

We are hiring a compassionate School-Based Social Worker to support students' social-emotional health.

• Provide individual and group counseling for issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, bullying, and conflict, using evidence-based techniques.
• Respond to crises such as self-harm, suicidal thoughts, abuse, or neglect, coordinating with school staff and external agencies.
• Assess students' needs, develop personalized care plans, and monitor progress, collaborating with families and community resources.
• Support and educate parents on parenting, communication, and accessing resources; facilitate family meetings and workshops.
• Work with school staff to foster a positive environment, develop intervention strategies, and support behavioral plans.
• Create and deliver prevention programs on topics like bullying, social skills, substance abuse, and mental health awareness.
• Maintain confidential records of interactions, assessments, and referrals, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Qualifications include LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LCAT, or LMFT licensure, experience with children and adolescents, and knowledge of trauma-informed care and behavioral health.
• Must be committed to diversity, confidentiality, and ethical practice.

Compensation ranges from $55k to $60k annually, with benefits like health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, flexible scheduling, and professional development. This is a full-time, in-person position.
